Terms and Conditions for the Big Giveaway for 2023

2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter.

3. Closing date for entry will be the 1st of December 2023 at 8pm Sydney Australia time. After this date/time no further entries to will be permitted.

4. The rules of the giveaway and the prize is as follows:

You must be a current subscriber of The Aussie Gamers Experience YouTube channel. Link below.

You must be an Australian resident with an Australian postal address

To earn the chance to get entries into the giveaway you need to interact with the live stream video during The AGExp Show, or after the fact, via the official Aussie Gamers Experience YouTube channel. Top commenters will be chosen from the video comments section, and those entries will be placed in a draw which will be drawn at the conclusion of the giveaway. Multiple entries are allowed. Further entries will be drawn from the live video feed recorded at the time of the show. Beyond this, other 'bonus' entries will be granted by various other means as set out by the hosts of the show. Bonus entries can be earned through interactive games that will be run either during the AGExp Show, or outside of the live show while live streaming, or via the official Aussie Gamers Experience Discord server or various social media outlets. Instructions for these entries will be provided at the time of giveaway. If you have any questions on this matter, contact us via email, or through The AGExp Discord.

All rules must be adhered to up until the time of the winner of the giveaway being drawn.

The giveaway item involved is a Nintendo Switch Gaming Console.

5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

6. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

7. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. Winners will be chosen at random via a draw (pull a name from a 'hat') from all entries received and verified by Promoter.

9. The winner will be notified by direct message via Discord within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

10. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. In most cases the prize will be sent via Australia Post to the winner's nominated Australian address.

11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

14. The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

15. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
